Refund policy

All sales are final. Slight deviations in color shades are unavoidable. Shades of colors and coatings may vary, depending on the size, cut and shape of the product.

Because all rhinestones for sale on this site are pre-order only and we do not carry inventory, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges. 

Please let us know immediately in the rare event you receive the wrong item, or an item is damaged.

All handcrafted items are final sale. Refunds are not provided for incorrect color or sizing choice on behalf of the customer. 

Custom work commissions entail several benchmarks and checkpoints to ensure the end result is beyond satisfactory for the client; as several hours to days are required for custom creations. Contracts and deposits are required.
